Archie's Precision Run

Archie, our Customer Success dog, does exactly what you write. He never guesses what you meant. Describe the run step by step and get him to the purchase order, level by level, the same way you would brief an autonomous procurement agent.

What Archie understands

Facilitators: keep this closed for the first round and let people discover it.

walk 4 stepsMoves 4 blocks forward. Can step down, cannot step up.
walk back 2 stepsMoves 2 blocks backward.
jump2 blocks forward, clears 1 block of height.
jump high2 blocks forward, clears up to 3 blocks of height.
jump far3 blocks forward, clears 1 block of height.
jump upJumps in place. Use it under the budget box to grab the 50K USD budget.
jump 4 stepsCustom jump length, up to 4 blocks.
jump twiceRepeats the jump.
waitPauses for a moment.

Approval steps and walls only let Archie through once he holds the budget. A jump that passes under the budget box also grabs it.

Separate instructions with commas, full stops, new lines or "then". Words like "a few" or "some" make Archie guess. "Walk" without a number means he keeps walking until something stops him.

Facilitator notes
  1. Round 1: everyone writes instructions in plain language, no manual. Most runs fail.
  2. Round 2: open "What Archie understands". Teams count blocks and rewrite.
  3. Debrief: map each failure to a procurement workflow. Vague target, wrong quantity, missing control, undefined end state.
  4. Close: the same rules apply when you brief Spark or any autonomous sourcing agent.
